What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check-in is after 15:00pm and Check-out is by 10:00am. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.

Are dogs allowed?

To ensure the safety of our own animals, we cannot allow dogs at this time. If you require a service animal, please contact us in advance of your booking.

Are children allowed?

Hidden Acres is an adult’s only luxury escape. We reserve the right to verify identification upon arrival, and guests found to be under 18 years old may be refused accommodation. Please note that refunds will not be provided for guests found to be in violation of this rule on the day of arrival.

How many people do the pods sleep?

Our luxury glamping pods accommodate a maximum of 2 guests per pod. To maintain the tranquil atmosphere of our accommodations, we do not accept large group bookings such as stag parties, hen parties, groups of friends, or similar gatherings.

Is food & drink available at the property?

We include a luxury gourmet welcome hamper that is ready in your pod on arrival. We regularly update these hampers to include seasonal and local treats.

We also provide a variety of teas and freshly brewed coffee from our onsite coffee machine.

Are there cooking facilities at the property?

We do not have cooking facilities at the property at this time. Details of what we recommend can be found in our guest folder which will be available in your pod on arrival.

Where are you located?

Our eircode is K36 X033. Alternatively, check out our contact page here to get a direct link to our property for Google/Apple maps. We are only a 5 minute walk from our local bus stop and a 25minute walk from Malahide Train station.

Do you have onsite parking and EV charging?

Parking is available onsite at our guest house and included at no additional cost. Additionally, we have 2 EV chargers for your convenience.

Is there parking outside our pods?

To maintain the natural beauty of our surroundings, we have situated our car park near the guest house. This short stroll from your vehicle to your pod follows a scenic path that allows you to greet our animals along the way! The maximum distance you will walk is approximately 190 ms/3-4mins from the car park. Please let us know in advance if you require additional assistance.

Can I bring a BBQ?

BBQ’s and open flames such as gas stoves are not permitted.

Will someone meet us on arrival?

Upon your arrival, a member of our team will be there to welcome you and to escort you to your pod. Kindly let us know your estimated arrival time so we can ensure your log burning hot tub is prepared for you in advance.

Do the pods have an ensuite?

Absolutely! Each of our pods features a private bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink, and mirror. We also supply shower gels, hand wash, and shampoo for your convenience.

How do the hot tubs work?

Each of our 4 Pods features a private traditional Scandinavian log-burning hot tub. To ensure your comfort, please inform us of your arrival time in advance so we can prepare your hot tub for you. Please note that it typically takes 3-4 hours to heat the hot tub to a relaxing +39°C! For safety reasons, only staff members are permitted to handle the stove. Guests are welcome to use the hot tub cover when the tub is not in use to maintain its warmth.

Is there a fridge in the pod?

There is a private mini fridge in each pod. We do stock this fridge with some sample goodies as part of your welcome package and please feel free to bring along your own snacks/drink.

Is there crockery, glassware, and cutlery available in the pods?

Yes, each pod is fully equipped for your convenience. Additionally, we provide Prosecco glasses so you can enjoy your complimentary drink in style!

Are there towels and bathrobes included?

Absolutely. Your stay includes high-quality, plush robes, towels, and comfortable slippers for your comfort.

Are there special dietary options available?

Prior to your arrival, we kindly request information about any dietary preferences or requirements you may have. This ensures that your complimentary hamper basket contains suitable food items. Please inform us of your needs so we can accommodate them accordingly.
